Questions we hear most
What is a WFOE and do I need a Chinese partner?
A WFOE (Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprise) is a limited liability company in China fully owned by foreign investors. You do not need a Chinese partner. A joint venture is only needed if you choose to share ownership or your sector requires it.
How long does company formation in China take?
A typical WFOE takes roughly two to four months from document preparation to bank account opening. Timing depends on the city, industry and how quickly documents are legalized.
Do I need to travel to China to register a company?
Often not for the registration itself, since much can be handled with legalized documents and authorized representatives. Some banks and visa steps may still ask for a visit. We confirm this for your case.
Which Spanish residency route is right for me?
It depends on your income source, work plans and family. Remote workers often look at the digital nomad visa, retirees and investors at the non-lucrative visa, and founders at the entrepreneur route. We compare options with you.
Can I work remotely from Spain?
Yes. Spain offers a digital nomad visa for qualifying remote workers and freelancers who work mainly for companies outside Spain, with income and documentation requirements.
Can you guarantee approval?
No advisor can. Authorities decide every case. We maximize your chances by choosing the right route, preparing complete documents and following current official rules.
What do your services cost?
Fees depend on the service and complexity. After the first consultation you receive a written quote that separates our fees from government charges.
